Red Lobster’s 36-year-old CEO is sharing three bold moves he’s cooking up for the seafood chain’s comeback.

00:15Adam Lakin says the promotion stressed out the kitchen, the servers, and hosts,

00:21He also plans on remodeling Red Lobster's 545 restaurants.
