Damola Adamolekun will become Red Lobster CEO after after a Florida bankruptcy judge approves the restaurant’s proposed plan for exiting Chapter 11 under new ownership, Fortress said in a statement.

00:00So, for me, I don't separate work and I never really have been a person that separated work

00:06and life.

00:07Like, it mixes and it has for me.

00:10And I worked in banking, so I was working all the time, but I liked it.

00:13You know, I liked what I did.

00:14I thought it was interesting.

00:15I thought it was fun.

00:16So, it wasn't like I had to go in on a Saturdays, like I got stuff to do and I want to go knock

00:19it out or I want to look at something.

00:21And I'm not saying people shouldn't separate work and life, but I've never, I never really

00:26have.

00:27So, on a Saturday, I'll be by my pool, but I'll still be checking emails or responding

00:31to things or, and to me, it's fine.

00:33It doesn't, it doesn't stress me out.

00:34Now, if you're a person who work stresses you out, right?

00:37And so, then you need to separate the two.

00:39So, you have moments where you're not stressed, you're not thinking about work all the time,

00:42right?

00:43So, I think you need to know yourself and know how you react, what work, how work impacts

00:48you.

00:49Maybe you love your job and you love everything you're doing, or maybe it's stressful and

00:52you need some breaks.

00:53So, I think it's an individual thing.
