00:00The Armed Forces of the Philippines or AFP is in mourning following the tragic deaths of the two
00:05Philippine Air Force pilots, First Lieutenant A.J. Dadulia and Major Jude Salangoy who perished in
00:11an aircraft accident during a tactical night operation against the members of the New People's
00:16Army or NPA in Bukidnon. According to the Philippine Air Force, all possible angles
00:21in the investigation will be examined including mechanical issues and human factors. Investigators
00:26are en route to the crash site where the flight data recorder from the downed F-A-50 aircraft
00:31has already been recovered. As the investigation continues, all 11 remaining F-A-50 jets remain
00:38grounded. The findings from the investigation will also play a crucial role in the Air Force's
00:44proposal to procure an additional 12 F-A-50 jets from South Korea. Meanwhile, the AFP assured that
00:50its operations against NPA combatants involved in the recent encounter will continue.

01:11very proficient and competent pilots. They've been flying this aircraft for several years.
