Banks must be accountable for scam losses caused by their security flaws, Parliament told

Banks must take full responsibility for financial fraud losses if the loss was caused by their security weaknesses, said Deputy Finance Minister Lim Hui Ying in the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (March 4).
