La Salle recovers, downs UP in UAAP women's volley

De La Salle recovered from a tough 5-set loss to UST with a 25-22, 24-26, 25-18, 25-17 win over UP in the UAAP Season 87 women’s volleyball tournament held at the Mall of Asia Arena on March 2, 2025.

Angel Canino banged 24 points, five excellent digs, and four receptions to lead the Lady Spikers, who rose to 2-2 and dragged the Fighting Maroons to the same record.
