How do you define wealth – is it about indulging in the finer things in life or does true wealth lie in the freedom and quality time you share with family and friends?

00:00To me, health is wealth, and physical and mental well-being, because if you've not

00:05got that, you could be a multi-millionaire and it's not going to be much use to you.

00:09Well, I think wealth does revolve around quality time with friends, family and so on and so

00:16forth, but on the other hand, it's nice that if you have money there to pay your bills

00:21when you come in.

00:22It's the best things in life are free, and I think the time with friends, family, being

00:28able to sample and get involved in new experiences, to be out in nature.

00:33We know that these things, scientifically, are more likely to make you happy.

00:37The simple pleasures in life, you can get out for a walk, go out to the park, go out

00:41to the woodlands, it just gives you a nice uplift.

00:43If you're healthy, well, sound of mind and body, I think that is the ultimate wealth.

00:53I think I would like to win the lottery and see if that holds true for myself, and then
