00:27Nova, something we talked about was veterans, and you really take care of the veteran community.

00:32Speaking of that care, it probably takes insurance.

00:35So how do you work with insurance with veterans?

00:37So the VA itself pays us directly.

00:40The VA is the insurance carrier for the veterans, and the VA takes care of that all.

00:45So the veteran has usually no out-of-pocket cost.

00:48Sometimes referrals are denied or delayed.

00:51How do you work with veterans when that kind of situation pops up?

00:54So if the referral gets denied or the veteran doesn't feel like they are getting the service

00:57that they need, they can reach out directly to their primary care provider.

01:02We will actually help them get different referrals if needed.

01:05They can also get information from us on how to file an appeal.

01:10They can go through patient advocate or even file a complaint with the Office of Inspector

01:14General.

01:15And you know what?

01:16We have all of that information here and can guide them through that process.

01:19And how can you avoid mistakes made by veterans with this whole process?

01:24Because I'm sure there's a lot of red tape to have to go through.

01:27Oh, for sure.

01:28So we are in constant contact with our veterans.

01:30We become friends with them, essentially reaching out, making sure that they get the step-by-step

01:36guidance that they need through us so they can get the care that they need.
