00:32care of the veteran community.

00:34How does a veteran go about getting treatment here at Precision Healing and Wellness?

00:38Do they need a referral?

00:39So we have our veterans reach out to their primary care provider, request services for

00:43either acupuncture, massage, or chiropractic.

00:46They'll put in a request for services, and then our amazing billing department will reach

00:50out and make sure that that request gets properly submitted so that care can be had here.

00:55Once the veteran gets a referral, what happens next?

00:59So we will reach out to the patient, get them scheduled for whether it's the acupuncture,

01:03chiropractic, or massage, make sure that everything is set with their referral so that they don't

01:07have to worry about anything once they come into our clinic.

01:10So does Precision Healing and Wellness help navigate this whole process?

01:15One hundred percent.

01:16It can be confusing.

01:17If anybody's ever worked with the VA, it can be a tedious process.

01:21We have all of our staff here to help make sure that things go seamlessly, and the veterans

01:25get the care that they need.

01:27Speaking of that care, it probably takes insurance.

01:29So how do you work with insurance with veterans?

01:32So the VA itself pays us directly.

01:35The VA is the insurance carrier for the veterans, and the VA takes care of that all.

01:40So the veteran has usually no out-of-pocket cost.

01:43And we encourage any of the veterans or their families to reach out to our clinic at any

01:47time if they have any questions.
