00:15On the other hand, based on the Malaysian Regulatory Authority, or DOSEM,

01:29Malaysian Employers' Federation,
01:33workers from the unions,
01:36and economic experts will carry out the re-study of the Minimum Wage Regulation.
01:42This re-study will be carried out at least once every two years,
01:47as required under the Minimum Wage Regulation 2011,
01:52Article 732.
01:54This study process involves the evaluation of the Indicator of Economic Equality,
01:59including basic indicators such as the income line,
02:03poverty, PGK, and median wage,
02:07as well as indicators such as productivity,
02:10unemployment rate, and IHP price index.
02:15In addition, there will be a session on the implementation of the Minimum Wage Regulation
02:18among the workers, employers, and other stakeholders
02:23to get an overview and feedback on the impact of the Minimum Wage Regulation.
