00:00Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I would like to ask the Prime Minister to state the proactive steps
00:05to deal with floods in every monsoon season, as well as the unexpected factors in areas
00:11that are often hit by floods, as well as the potential to be hit by floods in the future.
00:16Please, Prime Minister.
00:19Thank you. I don't wear Malay clothes.
00:24I don't have a fashion model. What is this?
00:35I agree, and TPM2 is responsible here.
00:39Indeed, since last year, we have decided not only to continue the original program,
00:48but to speed up the process.
00:51Speeding up the process means that the land is taken care of by the state government.
00:57Yesterday, I heard from the Prime Minister of Kelantan.
01:00We are also concerned about this, because the first project that must be implemented in Kelantan
01:07is the one that faces the biggest problem.
01:10Then, of course, Terengganu, Johor, Kedah, and others.
01:14Alright.
01:15How many projects have we established and completed?
01:18126 projects.
01:21With a cost of Rp22.57 billion.
01:2974 in implementation.
01:3235 pre-implementation.
01:35Alright.
01:36I want to be specific.
01:40Now, TPM2 is implementing.
01:43The KSN staff is tasked to implement.
01:47Because I believe that this flood prevention project is the main project.
01:51Therefore, it is a joint project.
01:59So, the previous land acquisition took more than 24 months.
02:03The state government gave a guarantee that it will be completed in 6 months
02:07so that we can move immediately.
02:09Then, we accelerated it.
02:12In the past, there was a phase 1, phase 2, and phase 3.
02:16Now, our decision is to combine the three phases,
02:20including the one that is under the protection of the state security officer
02:25because it involves our dam, Golok River, and Panjang River.
02:32It also involves clearing the Golok River
02:38that involves the two governments, the Thai government and the UN.
02:45But by accelerating it, it means Rp2 billion more.
02:52But at the same time, when we accelerate it,
02:56the cost of the three phases, PLSB and Golok River,
03:01we have to save Rp1.7 billion.
03:05Therefore, I say that the management of the project must be taken care of.
03:11In Johor, we also accelerated the land acquisition process.
03:16And for TBBT in Johor, the cost of Rp1.64 billion has been started,
03:23which is equivalent to two projects, Batu Pahat and Ledang.
03:28This means that these projects were started 12 months earlier
03:35than the initial planning of this project because it took time.
03:43What are the benefits we give?
03:45We go to the state government, from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
03:48the Prime Minister asks for the money to be used,
03:51including to provide the Bailey Bridge.
03:57We agree.
03:59So, since 2024, we have given that opportunity to the state.
04:04Then, when the monsoon occurs, I would like to thank NADMA
04:10and give more than Rp200 million to the state government
04:14to help, including Sabah and Sarawak.
04:19So, for the countries, including the monsoon,
04:25an additional Rp22.5 million in food aid and logistics support is provided.
