00:34He was responding to a statement by Gabungan Rakyat Sabah, GRS, Secretary General Datuk Armizan Muhammad Ali,
00:42who said that although Sabah's claim remains before the Court of Appeal, the latest review of the revenue,
00:47Entitlement rate under Articles 112C and 112D of the federal constitution must still be carried out this year.
00:57Armizan, who is also Domestic Trade and Cost of Living minister, acknowledged Anwar's commitment to resolving the issue.
01:04He said GRS and the Sabah government, led by Datuk Shri Hajiji Noor, would continue to pursue the entitlement through
01:12all available channels.
01:13On October 17 last year, the High Court ordered the federal government to conduct a joint review with the Sabah
01:21government within 90 days
01:22and reach an agreement within 180 days on Sabah's 40% special grant entitlement for the period between 1974 and
01:322021.
