(Adnkronos) - “App IO è nativamente integrata alle altre piattaforme abilitanti come la piattaforma dei pagamenti pagoPA e il Servizio Notifiche Digitali SEND; proprio per questo può assumere sempre più centralità nelle strategie di trasformazione digitale di tutte le amministrazioni pubbliche poiché consente di coprire l’intera filiera di gestione di ogni tipologia di servizio e permette alle persone di poter avere accesso a un sistema integrato di servizi in modo semplice e veloce”. Così, Maurizio Fatarella, direttore generale PagoPA, all’appuntamento organizzato da Regione Lombardia, Dipartimento per la Trasformazione Digitale della Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri e PagoPA sullo sviluppo digitale dei territori lombardi, che rappresenta un'importante occasione di incontro e confronto sul ruolo cruciale che la trasformazione digitale sta giocando nel ridisegnare i rapporti dei territori con i cittadini.

00:00What are the benefits of the APO?
00:04The APO, as provided by the Digital Administration Code,
00:08is the mobile access point for all public services.
00:14With the APO you can receive communications,
00:17you can make payments,
00:19you can directly access the services of individual entities
00:23in the so-called single sign-on mode,
00:26without having to make a second authentication,
00:29for example, as it happens here in Lombardy,
00:32the possibility to book health services directly from the APO.
00:36And recently, as we have seen,
00:38it is possible, through our app,
00:41to keep the digital versions of the main documents of the people,
00:47from the patent to the health record.
00:49What we have all experienced
00:52is that today there are about 3.8 million citizens
00:56who have downloaded this solution.
01:00The APO is now in the hands of over 20 million Italians
01:03who can use directly in the app
01:06over 335,000 services delivered by more than 16,000 entities.
01:13In 2024, the platform managed,
01:17through these entities,
01:19over 350 million messages in the app.
01:23In addition to the great dissemination,
01:26which is explained by the numbers,
01:28it has another important value,
01:30which is to be actively integrated
01:32with all the platforms of the Pagopia ecosystem
01:34and also with the major national digital platforms.
01:39This allows people to have access
01:43to an integrated system of services
01:45that allows them to manage the entire life cycle of the public service.
01:51In particular, the integration with SEND
01:54and the Pagopia platform
01:56allows you to manage in a simple and fast way
02:00both the reception of legal warnings
02:04in digital mode directly in the app
02:06and the payment of the Pagopia warning
02:11through the integration with the Pagopia payment platform.
02:15Recently, together with McKinsey,
02:17we have developed a study
02:19to measure the value that our platforms provide
02:23and return to the entire country system.
02:26Thanks to the survey done together with McKinsey,
02:29we have found that the entities have saved
02:32in 2023 about 70 million administrative expenses
02:38and 75 million corresponding to a discount
02:42relative to the force of work saved
02:45for automations and activities
02:48managed directly through our platforms.
02:51In addition, looking at citizens,
02:54the most interesting data are
02:56that 75% of citizens believe they have improved
03:01access to public services
03:03thanks to the Pagopia platforms
03:05and 70% of people
03:07who are in disadvantaged populations
03:09have declared that they have increased
03:12their level of autonomy
03:14regarding access to public services.
