00:15Naval Forces Southern Luzon or NAVFORSOL clarified that the ships seen in the waterways of Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte,

00:24are not owned by China.

00:26In a statement by Radyo Pilipinas Albay, Lt. John Emanuel Sison, the public affairs officer of the agency, said that the ships seen there

00:35and in other waters of the Bicol region are owned by the United States, Japan, and France.

00:42These ships are carrying out a maritime exercise known as Exercise Pacific Stellar 2025.

00:51In addition to the officers, as part of the exercise, a French ship will act as the enemy.

00:58It also has an extension from the Philippine Navy, the so-called maritime exercise, so the public should not be concerned.
