00:00Sneakers of every hue were showcased at A&B Arena in Riyadh during SneakerCon

00:05Exhibition, an event that claims to be the greatest sneaker show on earth.

00:12Established in 2009, this marks the first time the event has taken place in Riyadh,

00:18much to the joy of sneaker collectors and fans in the Saudi capital, featuring

00:23over 150 brands from around the globe.

00:30So SneakerCon was founded in 2009, we are the place where every sneaker head gathers

00:37from around the world to talk about community, culture, build amongst each other and really

00:44talk about shoes.

00:46This is a world where people love shoes and gather specifically around sneakers.

00:52The event which occurred from February 7th to 9th showcased Nike sneakers, autobiographed

00:58by basketball legend Michael Jordan accompanied by a letter of authenticity and a prize tag

01:04of over $100,000 US dollars.

01:07We thought that this would be a good thing culturally to bring to Saudi Arabia and to

01:11bring something unique for the first time ever, so we were very happy to be the ones

01:20to initiate this experience for the Saudi people.

01:24Attendees enjoy breakdancing performances, live music, luxury car displays and giveaways

01:29for 40 lucky visitors.

01:32This exhibition is the first of its kind in the region, allowing locals to experience

01:36it without needing to travel to international venues like Singapore, the Philippines or

01:41the United States.

01:43We came down here from the United States for the first ever SneakerCon 2025.

01:51I've been doing this for 15 years, so this is my only form of income and I just love

01:55what I do and I love SneakerCon.

01:58Apart from brands featuring sports accessories like basketball and jerseys, the exhibition

02:04includes Arab and Saudi labels presenting curated collections of rare sneakers, fashion

02:10items and accessories along with new releases, limited editions and custom designs for enthusiasts.
