00:31In lifting of restrictions on movement, the government categorically emphasizes on social
00:36distancing norms must be followed.
00:39This is crucial in reducing the spread of the virus.
00:42People should always wear masks and sanitize their hands regularly, particularly those
00:46who are using the public transport.
00:49Even at workplace, we should always follow the norms of social distancing while communicating
00:54with the other colleagues.
00:56Also we should clean our workplace dutifully, we should be very responsible while coughing
01:01and sneezing and we should always cover our mouths and nose, if we are coughing and sneezing
01:07we should use our elbow.
01:09We must not sidestep in taking precautions wherever we go.
01:13Most importantly, don't throw masks and gloves irresponsibly.
01:17Also don't reuse the masks and gloves which are meant for single use.
01:22People who are going for gym and cinemas should be careful and try to avoid touching
01:28the surfaces unnecessarily.
01:31Gymnasiums have been advised to strictly sanitize the machine and equipment, but it is also
01:36our responsibility to keep ourselves safe and others safe from the infections.
