00:00So the Sweetie Shop and the Burger Stop are two sister, brother and sister companies.

00:16I started mine throughout the pandemic and COVID around March time and started to do

00:22a lot of baking, a lot of eating. So then I came up with the concept of the Sweetie

00:26Shop. We bring in our sweets from the UK. Our concept is very British.

00:30We started out about two months ago. We wanted to get the basic burger back, none of this

00:35fancy stuff, but the best burger you can get along with shakes and different types of fries.

00:41This is actually a family-run business. We wanted to bring a vibe of family and that's

00:45what we've done. But this was a trial run for both the Sweetie Shop and the Burger Stop.

00:50My inspiration comes from my mum and my daughter. So my mum, she is the genius behind the cookies.

00:57All of these recipes are made from scratch and they're all of her recipes. And my daughter,

01:02of course, she's the Sweetie Queen. She loves everything about this place.

01:06My inspiration was my dad. We wanted to open a fast food or food joint for many years.

01:13Then my wife constantly kept bugging and pushing me to get this open. So that's what we did.

01:21We've moved with all the family together. We've just helped each other.

01:26We can't get rid of each other now. We're stuck together forever.

01:29So we thank all the family and that's the biggest inspiration and always will be.
