Duda ang Philippine Coast Guard sa tunay na pakay ng isang Chinese research vessel na naglalayag sa karagatan ng Pilipinas. Kahit daw kasi sumunod ito sa protocol, kahina-hinala ang kilos nito at nagpatay pa ng automatic identification system.
