00:00Thank you, Mr. Vice President.
00:02Honorable Minister,
00:04you mentioned Pakistan.
00:06I would like to talk about Japan.
00:09Japan is one of the 20 countries that import oil from the world,
00:14where they use oil for food industry
00:19and also for the production of electricity.
00:22My question is,
00:23what is the Ministry's effort to expand the Asian market,
00:27especially in Japan,
00:29in the innovation of using oil for energy production?
00:37Before answering the specific question for Japan,
00:40I would like to inform the audience,
00:42among the top six,
00:44the six largest import markets for Malaysian oil are
00:50India, China, EU, Kenya, Turkey and the Philippines.
00:55These six countries have exceeded 50.7% of our exports.
01:02And Japan is not in the top six.
01:07But for this year,
01:09we will participate in the World Expo
01:14which will be held in Osaka, Japan.
01:17So this is a market that we have to focus on,
01:23especially for the use of bio-cells for clean electricity generation
01:29or renewable energy in Japan.
01:31So we are not that far behind.
01:33If we only export raw materials to Japan,
01:38we have to produce raw materials with higher value
01:47before exporting to Japan,
01:49which will change the biomass to pelletized.
01:55Pelletize the biomass so that we can export.
