00:08A federal judge in Hawaii who temporarily blocked President Donald Trump's revised travel
00:12ban hours before it was set to take effect has issued a longer-lasting order.
00:17U.S. District Judge Derek Watson held a hearing on Hawaii's request to extend his temporary
00:23hold. Several hours later, he issued a 24-page order blocking the government from suspending
00:29new visas for travelers from six Muslim-majority countries and halting the U.S. refugee program.
00:36Arab leaders have endorsed key Palestinian positions in the conflict with Israel, a signal
00:41to U.S. President Donald Trump that a deal on Palestinian statehood must precede any
00:46Israeli-Arab normalization.
00:48In a one-day summit, they relaunched a peace plan that offers Israel normalization with
00:53Arab and Muslim states, provided it cedes lands it captured in 1967 to a future Palestinian
00:59state. A closing statement said that peace is a strategic option for Arab states.
