00:00The Philippine National Police has ordered the vigilance against vote-buying.

00:05The campaign is now in full swing.

00:11As a supporter of the Commission on Elections of Comelec,

00:15the Philippine National Police is now mobilizing to fight against vote-buying,

00:19especially since today, the campaign for the Senators and Partylists in the Hatol ng Bayan 2025.

00:26According to the Police Regional Office 3 Director and PNP Spokesperson Police Brigadier General Jean Fajardo,

00:32the PNP's particular goal is to implement the Money Ban five days before the election.

00:38Under the so-called Patakaran, an individual must explain if he or she will exchange valuable money,

00:46500,000 pesos or more than half a million pesos,

00:50if he or she will pass through the checkpoint.

00:52Although it is not prohibited, Fajardo said this is part of their commitment to the minimum transaction

00:59that will use the alleged amount of money and not for the potential of buying votes.

01:05The PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group will also conduct cyber-patrolling

01:09on e-wallet platforms to monitor the online transactions of the candidates.

01:30there are names and there are intended recipients.

01:34Those are one of the red plugs that we will monitor.

01:38The PNP is ready to rank the left and right sorties today.

01:43Today, aside from the checkpoints, they will add a sufficient number of people,

01:48especially in 403 places that were targeted by COMELEC as areas of concern.

01:54We expect that the security coverage for the influx of our national candidates

02:01from the National Capital Region down to Visayas and Mindanao is ready.

02:13The PNP is reminding the police to conduct a checkpoint,

02:17to be careful in targeting the motorists,
