00:00The Philadelphia Eagles are your Super Bowl 59 champions. On Sunday night in New Orleans,

00:05many people thought the Kansas City Chiefs would be celebrating a third straight Super Bowl title.

00:11The Philadelphia Eagles, however, had plenty to say about that. The Eagles crushed Kansas City

00:1640-22 in a game that wasn't even that close to begin with. Philadelphia took a 24-0 lead into

00:23halftime and extended the lead to 34-0 early in the third quarter. The game was over by then.

00:29Everyone thought that Philadelphia's Saquon Barkley would be the key to the Eagles'

00:33offensive attack. Barkley did rush for 57 yards to become the all-time leading

00:38single-season rusher for regular season and playoff yards combined. However,

00:43Philadelphia's Jalen Hurts was the Super Bowl MVP. The quarterback, 26 years old,

00:48he completed 17 passes in 22 attempts through two touchdown passes and was also Philadelphia's

00:54leading rusher. Rushed for 72 yards, including a one-yard touchdown score on the tush push or

01:00brotherly shove. That score gave Philadelphia a 7-0 lead and give Philadelphia's defense tons of

01:06credit. Sacked Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City's star quarterback, six times. Pressured him all

01:12game long. Only allowed one first down in the first half. Travis Kelsey didn't catch a pass

01:17until the second half when the game was pretty much over. Kansas City has had a terrific run,

01:22three Super Bowl victories in recent years. They're a great team and a team that will contend

01:26in the future. But let's talk about the Eagles. Hurts is only 26 years old. Barkley's coming off

01:31a historic campaign, has plenty more left in the engine. And Philadelphia has really good defensive

01:37players, young defensive players. And new defensive coordinator, Vic Fangio, is obviously connected

01:42with them. Give Kansas City credit. They're going to contend. They'll be a threat. But don't be

01:46shocked if the NFL's new dynasty moves to the city of brotherly love in Philadelphia.
