00:22Kurti pledged to form a new government without giving any indications about a potential coalition

00:29Kosovo's ruling Vetevendosje party is on track to come first in a parliamentary election,
00:34but it will need to negotiate a coalition with other parties to form a government, exit
00:39polls and party vote count showed.
00:42The election result would be a drop from the more than 50 percent that Prime Minister Albin
00:47Kurti's party won in 2021.
00:51Kosovo's election commission said it was not able to publish the results on Sunday
00:55because its software was down and they will collect data manually and publish early hours
01:00on Monday.
