00:00Achever Education entered the educational market more than 10 years ago.
00:07We immediately understood that we couldn't go alone as a brand,
00:11but we needed to create an ecosystem,
00:13an ecosystem that would help us bring complete solutions to schools,
00:17that would meet the needs of the schools.
00:20First of all, the first thing we did was listen to the schools,
00:23so we interviewed them, we sent people to understand what their needs were.
00:29Entering a digitalized world for the school was not easy, it was not simple.
00:34One of the first problems that they certainly had to face
00:38was having to prepare the teachers for this technological change
00:43that would then happen inside the schools.
00:46We supported them together with our partners.
00:49I talked about ecosystem because we created a number of resellers
00:57that were dedicated to the world of the school,
01:00that understood the world of the school.
01:02We certified them and with them we began to build a community,
01:06a European community.
01:07We are talking about about 60 resellers,
01:10among whom, of course, there are important Italian resellers
01:14who have an important role within the Italian scenario.
01:18Because it is a European community,
01:20so that they themselves can share and learn from each other
01:25cases of success and how to bring them to their countries,
01:30to their respective nations.
01:32The ecosystem is certainly made up of resellers,
01:35which are important to us,
01:37and it is also made up of Alliance Partners.
01:39When I say that we do not go alone,
01:41it is because we always do programs and projects together with our Alliance Partners.
01:45I would like to mention that they are Microsoft, Google and Intel.
01:51We do different activities with them.
01:54We certainly pay attention, before bringing the technology,
02:00to understand how to present it to schools,
02:03how to present it to teachers.
02:06Why is this?
02:07Because we want them to see technology as a tool
02:12to be able to carry out at least their function.
02:15We want technology to be a support for teachers,
02:18not an obstacle.
02:19So, in addition to doing training,
02:21we also do what we call POC, or Proof of Concept.
02:25When there are new products,
02:27we give these new products to schools
02:30and we guarantee that the product works as a technology
02:35that can be integrated into the school infrastructure,
02:39the technological infrastructure.
02:41Then we do pilot, what are they?
02:43That is, we bring technology to the classroom.
02:46We invest together with our partners
02:49and we try to create confidence from the schools,
02:53from the teachers.
02:55We did it in the field of digitization,
02:58even before COVID.
02:59We did it later,
03:01we did it trying to give the tools,
03:04also for schools,
03:05to be able to understand which tools to take,
03:07thanks to the PNRE.
03:09We are also doing it today with artificial intelligence.
03:13What we are doing is creating
03:15meeting moments with schools.
03:17We invest with them,
03:18we try to understand how they can really use it.
03:22When we talk about artificial intelligence,
03:24like Acer,
03:25we are talking about generative artificial intelligence.
03:28And so we follow the guidelines of Microsoft and Google.
03:31So we direct the teachers,
03:34we direct the teachers.
03:36Then the teachers will be able to prepare content,
03:41thanks to AI, for their students,
03:43to give them more opportunities to develop skills.
03:48But we mainly direct them.
03:51We pay a lot of attention
03:53to the fact that there is a safe environment in the school.
03:57It is an environment that allows students to grow,
04:00without being in dangerous or unsafe situations.
04:06These pilots are then converted into case studies.
04:09What are they?
04:10Together with the school,
04:11we look at what has been done as a project.
04:13We verify what has happened,
04:15what were the critical moments
04:17and how we solved these critical moments.
04:19Why do we do it?
04:20Because it must actually be put into use and consumption
04:23of all the other schools
04:24that are interested in making this conversion.
04:26We did it with digitalization
04:28and we are sure that it will also be very useful
04:31for the insertion of artificial intelligence into schools.
04:35We also have collaborations with European SchoolNet,
04:38a non-profit organization of the European Community.
04:42Why is it important?
04:44Because they are completely dedicated
04:47and are very attentive to the developments of the educational market.
04:52They verify that each trend is well positioned
04:56and well integrated with respect to the various pedagogical paths.
05:01They also have a project called Future Classroom Lamp,
05:06in which we are a sponsor from the beginning,
05:10where they take care of the training of teachers.
