00:17At the moment, the cold is still affecting the whole region of Luzon.

00:22It will continue to threaten the whole planet, including Hina,

00:26as well as Pagolans in the Cagayan Valley, Isabela,

00:30and also in the Cordillera District Region, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Nortes.

00:36Meanwhile, here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of Luzon,

00:40it is clear to our eyes that it is still possible that it will weaken,

00:45or that it will continue to weaken, Pagolans and Pagambons, as well as Amihas.

00:49Because of the cold, the region of Faragas, Davo Region, Soxergen,

00:54will also experience heavy rainfall, floods, floods, and landslides.

00:59Meanwhile, the northern parts of Visayas and Mindanao are generally in good weather,

01:05but there are still possible thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
