00:18and it brings heavy rains in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora.

00:24ITCV or Intertropical Convergence Flow is affecting Mindanao

00:29and we hope that in Mindanao, it will be cloudy and there will be heavy rains, floods and earthquakes.

00:36In Metro Manila and other parts of the country, we hope for cloudy skies and chances of localized thunderstorms.

00:59This is our update on our Tropical Cyclone Threat Potential for Week 1, November 25 to December 1.
