00:00The New Zealand government promised that they will strengthen their support to the military and defense force of the Philippines.

00:07According to Defense Secretary Gilbert Hidoro,

00:10it is expected that the Philippine-New Zealand Status of Visiting Forces Agreement, or SOVA, will be finalized before the end of 2025.

00:20This is after New Zealand Ambassador Catherine McIntosh gave the political commitment of her country to the so-called agreement.

00:29New Zealand is also responsible for the events in the West Philippine Sea

00:34and called on all parties to comply with international law, including UNPLUS.
