Should businesses be forced to accept cash?

With fewer people relying on cash and many shops refusing to accept it, we ask locals whether businesses should be required to take cash payments. What impact would this have on customers and traders?

00:27used my credit card to put petrol in. But I think to be told you've got to use a credit

00:31card is a bit naughty. I do think you should have a choice. To be told, I've gone somewhere

00:36and said we don't take cash. What if I hadn't got a credit card? Now I think that's a bit

00:41naughty. You should have a bit of both.

00:42I think eventually it's obviously easier for what they call companies and stuff to just

00:47use card because it's easier to bank and all that kind of thing. But you can't expect everyone

00:52to use something that they don't want to. I wouldn't know at that age how to use a card.
