00:14It's books and, I mean, obviously reading books upstairs,

00:22And I just think, again, books, people are moving more onto electronic.

00:28So, I mean, I don't read books. I read electronic books.

00:33So, yeah, I think it needs to review exactly what its marketplace is.

00:38Would you be sad to lose it?

00:40No.

00:42But it's just, it's a shame to lose, you know, shops that have been here a long time.

00:48What would you like to see replaced with?

00:52Something that gives back to the city centre.

00:55Something that, you know, helps people in their day-to-day lives, I guess.

01:06I think there's quite a lot of fast food places already, so I'm not sure that's going to add.
