00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. denied claims of blank items in the 2025 General

00:06Appropriations Act or GAAP, stating he thoroughly reviewed the entire budget.

00:11He emphasized that no blank items exist as such things are not allowed.

00:17Executive Secretary Lucas Bersebin also rejected the allegations, clarifying the executive

00:21branch had no involvement in the reported issue.
