00:00The palace assured all provisions of the 2025 General Appropriations Act will be

00:05thoroughly checked to make sure everything is in accordance with the

00:09Constitution. Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin says President Ferdinand R.

00:13Marx Jr. and his cabinet are thoroughly examining the proposed 2025 national

00:18budget to make sure it is constitutional and all of the Marx

00:22administration's priority and legacy programs are appropriately funded. He

00:26added the leader of the land is aware the government should be careful in

00:30spending and allocating the limited fiscal resources of the country. This

00:34comes after a call to rid the national budget of unconstitutional items before

00:38the President signs it. Despite all the criticism, Malacanang remains

00:43positive the 2025 national budget will be utilized according to the actual

00:47intent of the government in adherence with the sacred Constitution.
