00:17Ivan Mayrina has the floor.
00:22President Bongbong Marcos has not yet thought about the motives of those who are in the Supreme Court
00:27to question whether the process of the 2025 National Budget can be passed by law.
00:32We shut down everything. I guess that's what they want.
00:36They want the government to cease working so that their destabilization can continue.
00:42On Monday, the Supreme Court approved the petition for certiorari and prohibition.
00:46Congressman Isidro Ungab and former Executive Secretary of Marcos, Atty. Vic Rodriguez,
00:51gave their support for the violation of the Constitution of the presence of whites in the Congress' Carmel Conference Committee Report
00:57that was based on the 2025 General Appropriations Act.
01:00Our House Chairman on Appropriations, Stella Kingbong, admitted that there are whites in the Congress' BICAM Report
01:07that was filled by the technical staff of the House and Senate, the so-called corrections.
01:11But nothing was changed in the numbers that were agreed upon.
01:14She also signed 100 General Appropriations Bills to the President.
01:18But there are no more whites.
01:19This is also what President Marcos denied.
01:21He blamed the 4,000 pages of the bill and said he did not see any whites.
01:27Because I reviewed it, analyzed it, and yes, in parts, vetoed it.
01:32And so for those of you, and up to now, I cannot find those damned blank items.
01:38We'll keep looking, we'll keep looking.
01:42But I really am convinced that they simply do not exist because it is not allowed to exist.
01:48The President will now ask the Office of the Solicitor General to defend the national budget.
