00:00A high-ranking official of the Communist Terrorist Group, or CTG, was arrested by the authorities.

00:06He was arrested on the basis of the warrant of arrest of San Rafael Bulacan.

00:10The CTG leader, Mirna Cruz Abraham, was identified.

00:14She has many aliases, including Jesse, Jelly, Lumen, and Alfie.

00:21Cruz Abraham was arrested on charges of murder and frustrated murder in their encounter in Northern Luzon.

00:28She is also the Secretary of the Metro Manila Regional Party Committee

00:31and the Chief of the Regional Organizational Department

00:34where she is in charge of the recruitment organization and mobilization activities in Metro Manila.

00:40Alias Lumen is also the Chief of the Regional Education Department

00:45which implements the CTG education and training programs of the political and military.

00:52We believe that her arrest is a great loss to them

00:58because of her great position and role when it comes to the operation of the Communist Terrorist Group.

01:08She is not in her capacity to recruit.
