00:06month I am bringing a motion to full council to ensure maximum transparency for the repairs

00:16Buildings like those behind me and myself and officers and other councillors should

00:20be accountable to the public and we must be open and transparent in all decisions that

00:25we are making.

00:28Keep the public informed, that is key to trust in the democratic process so I am delighted
