00:20The Filipino gymnast, Carlos Yulo, is back in the gym to prepare for the upcoming competitions this year.
00:28Yulo was able to rest for a few months and celebrated following his double gold medal in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
00:37That's why he's back in the gym to train.
00:41Yulo, a PSA Awards Athlete of the Year, said he won't rush his return to the competition.
00:49I'm not as good as I thought I would be.
00:54It's what I expected.
00:58But I'm still living up to my dreams.
01:03I was able to refresh and relax.
01:08Now, I'm back in the gym to train.
01:13But I'm taking it slow.
01:16I'm being careful with my every move in training because it's still new.
01:21Yulo also knows that he has high expectations for him because of his victory in the Paris Olympics.
