00:00House Appropriations Committee Acting Chairperson Stella Quimbo admitted that there are blanks in the BICAM report of the 2025 National Budget that was read by the Congress.

00:11On the other hand, Quimbo said that the funding for all items in the budget is now due before the BICAM members sign the report.

00:20The technical staff of the Chamber and Senate authorized her to make corrections to the fund based on the omnibus motion in the BICAM report.

00:29There are also no more blanks for the 2025 National Budget to be an enrolled bill.

00:34Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin said that there are no more blanks in the enrolled bill brought to the palace and signed by the President.
