00:04has once again denied the use of welfare programs in aid.
00:10According to DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian,
00:13social workers are the beneficiaries and not just anyone.
00:19Gatchalian made a statement in front of the door-to-door
00:23of the government's programs to ensure a fair campaign for the entire country in 2025.
00:30The Secretary assured that DSWD will remain open to all those in need,
00:36even if the programs in aid are suspended.
00:39Not because there is an election, we will stop.
00:41If not, the program will stop.
00:43But our campaign, our role in social protection, social welfare,
00:48that's continuous. That's what the exemption gave.
