00:00Alright, tonight is an extra meaningful light as we launch a movement aimed at increasing
00:06awareness and action on a prevalent social misconduct, often brushed off as petty, sexual
00:13harassment, and supporting victims of the more serious sexual abuse.
00:19We are here not to give solution to every act of crime committed in our industry or
00:24in other fields, but we do offer an alternative refuge for those who are undergoing mental
00:31and psychological struggles because of sexual harassment and abuse in their workplace.
00:37The Courage Movement, which we are launching tonight, is a movement that encourages and
00:42empowers the victims to speak out.
00:46Let's remove or reduce the stigma that due to these situations, speaking out about this
00:55is just a big scandal in the family and will only affect the entire family of the victim.
01:03It is so embarrassing to be accused of believing what happened because you were abused by someone
01:10who did nothing wrong.
01:12And to be judged by someone who was able to do it because you wanted it and you didn't
01:18fight for it.
01:19That you are still the one to blame for what happened.
01:24And guys, we have a very special guest tonight to speak as well.
01:31Please welcome, Mr. Sandro Marcos.
01:37Sandro Mula, I'm so sorry.
