00:05what they should do regarding the impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:10Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamini explained that while the president can express his opinion,

00:15it is ultimately up to the House to decide whether to proceed as Congress is an independent and

00:21co-equal branch of government. He also stressed that the president is not blocking the impeachment

00:26process as he has no power to do so.
