00:00Could you just explain why the decision was made tonight to defer the decision on Warrington Fields?

00:06Yes, all members have been seeking clarity from the Department for Education

00:12and in my opinion, maybe not in everybody's, but in my opinion

00:17then we've had the clearest indication yet that we have an alternative to what was being proposed at tonight's meeting

00:25and it was the legal officer who said it would be a good idea to circulate it to all members

00:32so that when it comes people can have a debate on it.

00:36So that was the reason why it was done.

00:38The letter didn't come in until quite late this afternoon

00:41and we're just making sure that everybody has time to read and inwardly digest.
