Comedian Luenell is taking shots at the conservatorship controlling Wendy Williams' life ... going as far as to call the TV personality's legal guardian "the devil."

00:00A lot of people are talking about Wendy Williams right now.

00:05Remember, we saw the Free Britney movement with the conservatorship, and now we're seeing

00:10the same motion with people saying, yo, Wendy Williams seems coherent.

00:16She seems like she has her faculties, and yes, she has dementia and all that, but even

00:26Harvey got on the phone with her, Charlamagne, and they're like, maybe she doesn't need to

00:31be cooped up like the way she is.

00:33Have you reached out to her?

00:34I have no way to reach out to her, but if I could, I would just let her know that people

00:39out here love her, and we want the best for her.

00:44We want her to get back with her family, mainly, her niece, her father, her sister, her son,

00:51and we just pray that some kind of way, they'll be able to legally break her out of this jail

00:57because she doesn't deserve to be in jail, like she's living in the conditions that Gideon's

01:03living in, you know, and we just don't understand.

01:06She wasn't hurting anybody but herself.

01:09If they can get her family back around her, that's the most healing thing, and maybe her

01:14cats and some of her possessions.

01:17She's your friend.

01:18You got real love for her.

01:21You know her.

01:22She gave me a lot of opportunities.

01:23Yeah, so do you feel like, look, we saw, sometimes I feel like these conservators, the people

01:29in charge of them, you know, that they, it's like, it becomes their job, right?

01:34And then it's like, yo, if they lose their job, they kind of lose their power, right?

01:37Too bad.

01:38You'd be among a bunch of people that don't lost their job, and I don't care about the

01:43conservator.

01:44They're the devil.

01:45Right, right, right.

01:46And they need to let Wendy come back and get with her family, free Wendy.

01:49And they be trying to hold on, it seems like, even with the Rosenberg guy, right, I remember

01:54with him.

01:55I don't, I don't, I don't, I can't, I don't know how these conservatorships get underway.

02:01I guess it's the courts or whatever.

02:03Okay, I'm sure it's done its job by now.

02:06Just like Wendy was under conservatorship for 20 years, 20 years, but her parents were

02:11just ripping her off every day.

02:13It's a bad idea.

02:14They need to stop this, let her get back with her family.

02:17Should she be re-evaluated immediately?

02:19No, just let her out, period.

02:22Yeah, if she can go to her son's graduations, and she can go and possibly get something
