00:00The Department of Budget and Management, or DBM, issued a statement denying false claims

00:05that the 2025 General Appropriations Act, or GAA, contains blank pages or figures.

00:12The DBM clarified that the documents being referenced were from the Bicameral Conference

00:17Committee report and not the actual General Appropriations Bill, or the signed GAA.

00:23It emphasized that the GAB, once approved by the President, is a complete document that

00:28becomes law and there are no blank pages or missing information.

00:32The DBM urged the public to verify information before making accusations and to use communication

00:38responsibly to promote unity.
