00:35President-elect Donald Trump informed in a post that an arctic blast would be sweeping

00:40the country on Monday. He ordered the inauguration address to be delivered inside the Capitol Rotunda.

00:48The last time an inauguration was moved indoors due to a bitter cold was in 1985.

00:55It was for the former Republican President Ronald Reagan's second swearing-in ceremony.

01:01Indoor ceremony will limit the crowd size substantially,

01:04but Trump supporters can view the ceremony on-screen inside Capitol One Arena.

01:22The temperatures forecast for Washington, D.C. on Monday is about minus seven degrees Celsius.

01:29The region is on track to get up to four inches of snow.

01:34Despite freezing cold and winds, Trump's inauguration will have some of Washington's

01:39most prominent dignitaries, including President Biden, former presidents Bill Clinton,

01:46George Bush, and Barack Obama. Tech CEOs including Elon Musk,

01:51Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg will also be attending the inauguration.
