00:23a day away from the grand inauguration and let me just take you around the city to show

00:27you the preparation because it's in full swing and the city is quite excited.

00:38As you can see these small metal barricades were put up recently around the US Capitol

00:44area. But these black tall barricades that cover 30 miles around this area have been

00:49in place for over a month now. There will be a really tight security with over 25,000

00:57law enforcement and military personnel in DC and drones will also be used for surveillance.

01:06Americans seem fairly excited about President-elect Trump's inauguration. Unlike 2017, locals

01:13are optimistic about Trump 2.0.

01:21As you can see these roads are completely blocked for public use. But this wasn't the

01:26case a week ago. All entrances to US Capitol were available to general public but some

01:32of them have now been blocked to ensure security.

01:40Due to heavy influx of people into the city, there will be increased traffic, road closures

01:46and transit detours. However, Union Station, which is the closest train station to the

01:51Capitol, will be available for public use.
