Why do you think soap ratings are declining and what’s made you continue watching or have you stopped tuning in altogether?

00:00I think because with EastEnders, all the old actors that used to be in it, like the guy who used to play Grant and all that, were better.

00:12I think with the new ones coming in now, it's just spoiling it and it's not the same, that's why.

00:18When they first started, the storylines were great.

00:22I used to watch EastEnders. What's the other one? Coronation Street. I don't even know who's in it anymore.

00:33Or Emmerdale. I used to watch the old Emmerdale, but I don't watch any of them.

00:41I've got a big screen in my flat. I haven't watched it for eight years.

00:47Internet as well, and NextFlick and all that, you know, and things like that.

00:55My favourite one is EastEnders. It always has been from the beginning.
