Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian called for an investigation into podcast hosts who allegedly made derogatory remarks against Josh Aquino, a person with disability (PWD), and urged authorities to determine whether they violated the law.
Gatchalian urged the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) to coordinate with relevant government agencies to assess possible violations of the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability and pursue appropriate action against those responsible.
