00:10Sharky's, Sharky's, yes that's right I'm out here at Sharky's, here in Clifton, you know,
00:21you wouldn't think a place like this would have a good hot dog, but I've been told that
00:24they have a great hot dog, and it's kind of a quiet little place in like a industrial
00:30part of town, and it's a great place to watch a game, but let's see if these hot dogs are
00:37worthy of the tank as we go raw dogging in Clifton at Sharky's.
01:24Alright, we are here at Sharky's in Clifton.
01:53Now they have, they've expanded to 200 locations in New Jersey, and they've been here since
01:591994, and they're a popular place for adoring football games, and they sell 30,000 wings
02:05on Super Bowl Sunday.
02:08So you can come here, watch the game, you can order wings, take them home for your Super
02:12Bowl parties, you know, it's been known that the Jets and Giants come here to unwind sometimes,
02:18they've had Jets and Giants here all the time, and well, this is their hot dog, and
02:23the hot dog has a little split, but it's not mutilated.
02:28We're gonna give this a try, the bun-to-dog ratio is good, the bun is warm, the hot dog
02:33looks nice, got a little good coloring to it, but let's see how it actually tastes.
02:47That is a solid double, right down the line, into the corner, it's a double.
02:55And now we have the chili and cheese dog, they used a cheese slice, it looks like a
03:02very meaty chili, let's see how the chili-cheese hot dog weight rates.
03:26I'm gonna give this a line-drive single, the cheese, it's kind of very ordinary, there's
03:36a good spice on the chili, good taste, good zing, but to me, it's just a single.
03:46And then we got the fries, they look decent, decent coloring.
04:00I'm gonna give the fries a 7.2.
04:06Alright you know, Sharkey's is a nice little charming little dive bar, good place to have
04:12fun, watch the game, and get a nice little hot dog.
