00:35We were very pleased to see that the U.S. House has passed that on an almost unanimous
00:40basis in the past couple of days.
00:43And it's something that our members have advocated for and asked for for quite some time.
00:48As you point out, 71% of our members said that this is important to their businesses
00:52for the future.
00:53That's up from 61% last year, so a rather significant change.
