00:00Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin assured the government will always uphold the people's right to peaceably assemble,

00:06which is guaranteed by the constitution in reaction to the massive gathering of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, or INC, today.

00:14Bersamin says that there is a strong belief that the National Rally for Peace would not only be meaningful, but peaceful as well.
