We try the New Haven pizza at Glasgow’s Civerinos

We visit Civerinos in Finnieston, renowned across the city for their New York style pizza slices, to try their new creation.

00:00Severinos in Finistoun have just launched a brand new menu so we went down to try it out.

00:05While known across Glasgow and Edinburgh for their classic New York slices,

00:08they've now added a New Haven style pizza which is a thin crust coal-fired Neapolitan.

00:12We did get a New York pepperoni to start us off which was sensational as always.

00:16Perfect doughy crust, well seasoned and then a few sides including the gnocchi with red pesto.

00:21Absolutely gorgeous, I highly recommend.

00:23And then for the main event we went for the marinara and pecorino New Haven

00:26which is simply a rich tomato sauce with parmesan.

00:29Lighter than their original, lots of flavour and perfect for shading.
