00:00We're very excited this year at CS because we're unveiling L'Oreal Cell Bioprint, which
00:19is our first measurement tool that goes beneath the skin to measure your skin biology.
00:25And by measuring your skin biology, we can start giving people recommendations on their
00:30skin care that's more proactive rather than reactive, especially in a world today where
00:35skin care is booming, but 9 out of 10 people are still frustrated with the skin care they
00:40have because they need the right advice.
00:42It's our collaboration with Nano & Tech, an innovative Korean startup that we have an
00:46exclusivity with, that has developed essentially a way to measure these biomarkers that typically
00:52would be on a lab, but as simple as putting it on a chip with microfluidics that then
00:57goes into the Bioprint machine, and within five minutes you will have all those measurements
01:02of your biomarkers that would typically take a few days to measure in a laboratory.
01:08So today when you get skin care, a lot of times you're just given advice on what you
01:12see on the surface of the skin, which is what has already happened.
01:15What the Bioprint technology will do is it will tell you about the risk levels that you
01:20have of getting certain skin signs in the future, and that will allow you to be able
01:25to pick products about things that you can actually prevent and correct over time.
01:31It will also tell you which ingredients will be the most suited for your skin, which today
01:36is really an auditioning game.
01:38You are auditioning products today.
01:40We are estimating and guessing.
01:42By being able to tell people their biomarkers, we'll be able to tell them which ingredients
01:46are the most suited for their skin, which eliminates all of that guessing game.
01:51Readings of all five of the proteins.
01:54We're going to launch this technology by the end of this year, 2025, in retailers and point
01:59of sales, starting with one of our largest luxury brands that we will unveil in the next
02:05few months, and after it will be a service.
02:08It will be a service that's provided to people so they can have the information and get the
02:12right products.
02:13Again, this is the dryness of the protective layer.
02:16Currently, our measurements suggest she does have an issue, and this could be driven by
02:20the harsh.
02:21The proteins associated with an issue with barrier function, this is very normal.
